Chief Data Officer

Responsibilities:

• 15+ years of business management background
• Lead a team to deliver a long-term strategic vision for data-driven business capabilities
• Ability to incorporate analytics, data, and AI into current strategy
• Oversee the budget and overall performance metrics for function
• Analyze data and locate trends to grow the organization
• Strong knowledge of data governance
• Proven ability to execute 
• Strong leadership in project management 
• Crafting solid relationships with the senior team, stakeholders, and internal functions
• Recruit, motivate, develop and retain a high-performance, cross-functional data team

Basic Qualifications:

• Prioritized, Organized, with a strategic focus
• Solid and confident executive presence 
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Minimum of 15 years in business
• Minimum of 5-10 years in the data and technology industry
• Minimum of 5 years in finance
• Master’s Degree (Preferred Business Administration, Computer Science)
